We met in 2020 while I was living in North Carolina and working at a grocery store. What started as coworkers quickly became close friends—laughing through shifts, swapping anime recommendations, and finding reasons to help each other’s day be a little brighter. Over time those easy conversations turned into something beautiful

We remained close after I moved back to Florida in 2025, maintaining nightly video calls. On May 26, 2025, following one of those late-night conversations, we acknowledged our deeper feelings and made our relationship official.
